Return & Exchange Policy

 

    A) Yearly Maintenance

    Carbonera Fine Jewellery (CFJ) is focused on keeping its customers at ease by offering Yearly Maintenance for their jewelry.

    • To keep your jewelry young and cheerful, CFJ provides complimentary cleaning and inspection once a year.
    • Our Yearly Maintenance facility will no longer be valid if any third-party jeweler has performed any work on the jewelry.

    B) Exchange & Buyback Policy

    1. Return of Product

    • All CFJ jewelry is handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complex techniques that may not be exactly replicated to match the images shown on the website. There may be slight differences in size and dimensions due to factors beyond our control.
    • The product can be returned or exchanged along with the solitaire certificate at the current prevailing value, with deductions towards making charges and taxes.
    • In case of a product shipped to us for exchange or buyback, CFJ will charge a nominal shipping fee of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost, whichever is lower.
    • Returning the certificate is mandatory; the loss of the certificate would result in a deduction towards the cost of certification.
    • CFJ shall not accept any jewelry that shows any type of alteration done by a third-party jeweler. All benefits towards the product will be nullified.
    • CFJ reserves the right to correct the valuation of the product based on its quality inspection.

    2. Buyback Policy

    • Sell your jewelry back to us:
      • Get 100% value of the metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.
      • CFJ offers 80% value of diamonds at the prevailing market price.
      • In case any discount was given at the time of the original purchase, it will be deducted from the exchange amount (maximum value of INR 300,000).

    3. 15 Days Money Back Policy for In-Stock Products

    • The 15-day money-back policy does not apply to custom-made products.
    • Returns are allowed within 15 days of purchase (maximum value of INR 300,000).
    • A refund is confirmed once CFJ's quality assurance team approves the product quality, its original invoice, and the product certificate.
    • Once confirmed, all refunds will be made via an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within two weeks of product receipt.
    • CFJ holds the right to refuse any unreasonable or excessive returns.
    • The product returned should be in an unused condition and not tampered with or damaged; otherwise, eligibility for returns will be void.

    C) Changes in Policies

    Carbonera Fine Jewellery reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website www.carboneradiamonds.com. Any material changes to the policies will be accompanied by a notification here.
