• Lab-Grown Diamonds: The price of lab-grown diamonds is determined based on internationally recognized standards that consider factors such as carat weight, cut, color, and clarity. CFJ adheres to current market trends to offer competitive and fair pricing.
• Jewelry Pricing: The pricing of CFJ jewelry items is influenced by several factors, including:
• Materials Used: The price of the metals (e.g., gold, platinum) used, calculated based on current market rates.
• Gemstones and Diamonds: The quality and size of diamonds and gemstones included in the design.
• Craftsmanship & Design Complexity: The level of intricacy involved in the design and manufacturing process, along with labor costs.
• Price Fluctuations: Since prices of raw materials such as gold and diamonds can fluctuate based on market conditions, prices listed on our website may change accordingly. The price applicable to a product is the price listed at the time of purchase.

2. Taxes and Duties

• GST (Goods and Services Tax): All prices listed on our website are inclusive of the applicable GST. The breakdown of taxes will be provided during the checkout process.
• Import Duties: If applicable, import duties and taxes for international orders will be borne by the customer. CFJ does not bear responsibility for any additional customs or duty charges incurred during shipping.

3. Discounts and Promotions

• CFJ may offer limited-time promotions, discounts, or special offers on select products. These will be clearly marked on the website, and the discount will be applied at checkout.
• Eligibility: Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. Custom orders may not be eligible for promotions or discounts.

• If a customer places an order and the price of the product changes after the order is confirmed, CFJ will honor the price at the time of the order confirmation. No price adjustments will be made for price increases or decreases after the order is placed.

• CFJ does not currently offer a price-matching policy. However, we are committed to providing our customers with value for money by pricing our products competitively in the market.

6. Errors in Pricing

• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, technical, or other errors, CFJ reserves the right to cancel the order or offer the product at the correct price. We will notify the customer of the error and provide the option to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or to cancel the order.

7. Custom Orders Pricing

• Custom Design & Special Orders: Pricing for custom-designed jewelry or special orders will vary based on the specifications provided by the customer. A detailed cost breakdown will be provided during the consultation process, and the final price will be confirmed before manufacturing begins.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin the design and manufacturing process.

8. Shipping and Handling Charges

• CFJ may charge a nominal fee for shipping, which will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping offers may apply to select products or orders above a certain value. Any applicable charges for express shipping or international shipping will be borne by the customer.

9. Changes in Pricing Policy
